    Purchased growth plan earlier today(8/20/2017), iTunes is charging it to my account. Said purchase was successful, but I did not receive the growth plan.

    Can you please provide the following details?

    - Exact time of the day the purchase was made
    - A screenshot of the receipt with all the details of the purchase (you may want to attach this one to a private message directly to me)

    Once you do, i'll be able to properly report the matter and start an investigation.
